ALL Orders over $60 receive FREE shipping when customer uses coupon code FREESHIP at checkout. (Please note only one coupon code may be used per order. We suggest that you use the coupon code that gives you the biggest discount.)

Orders less than $60 cost $5.95 for shipping. Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.
ATTENTION: All orders from January 19th - February 2nd will have a one week shipping delay.

When you make a purchase, we immediately send your order to the fulfillment center to be processed. Processing an order includes picking, packing and shipping an order. An order is processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. As soon as your item(s) are shipped, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information.

USA Orders: Orders are usually delivered within 20 business days. However, when there is a rare case of an extremely high volume of orders, delivery may take up to 25 business days to be received.

International orders: Orders are usually delivered within 17 business days. However, when there is a rare case of an extremely high volume of orders, delivery may take up to 30 business days to be received.

Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. We do not offer store credit refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you.

Once your package has been confirmed as delivered by USPS, we have fulfilled your order. My Little Cool Kid is not responsible for packages stolen from your porch or mailbox once your tracking number is confirmed as being delivered by USPS.

Our team will send you an email notification including a tracking number as soon as your item ships or when it becomes available from our manufacturers. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information or send a message via our contact us page and we will resend the email.
We FIRMLY stand behind our products, items may be returned. Please see our Refund Policy at the bottom of our website for specific details.
We don't have the ability to add discount codes after an order has already been placed.
Only one Promo Code or Coupon Code may be used on each order. In the event that you have more than one code that is available, we advise that you use the code that allows you the most savings.
Some items ship separately, directly from the manufacturer at no additional cost to you. You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped.
All of our prices displayed on our website are in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction.

Orders MUST be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. When you make a purchase, we immediately send your order to the fulfillment center to be processed. The fulfillment center automatically starts processing your order within 12 hours (processing includes picking, packing and shipping the order.) Therefore, orders MUST be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Otherwise, the order would have to be returned after being received.

If we were to cancel an order after 12 hours, you would receive a refund AND still receive the order. Therefore, orders may not be canceled after 12 hours. However, items MAY BE RETURNED according to our Return Policy. You can find our Return Policy at the bottom of our website.
All changes to an order must be made with 12 hours. Otherwise, we'll still try but we can not guarantee a change .

We have had several e-mails from customers stating they have not received any type of confirmation and often times it is because: (1) there has been a typo in the e-mail provided by the customer (2) it went to the spam folder.
